These pre PIFR Prep sessions are an essential prerequisite to the live retreat, even if you've been to PIFR before. Without the shared language from these classes you may struggle during the retreat itself.

Empowering Education - broad strokes knowledge of how each system functions with resources, charts, as well as physical, mental, emotional skills assignments.
Shared Experiences with a sense of safety, agency and autonomy. Releasing our linear mind and allowing the Spiral, creative awareness in too.
Embodied Experimenting - applying what we've learned and experienced through willingness to act, without entitlement, exclusion or enabling.

On Friday of each week you will receive a 15 minute "education" recording (the "what"), and a 5 minute recording about the experiment assignments (the "how" and "why").
There will also be a 30-45 minute live session of shared experiences and evaluation, of what resonated and what did not. These will be smaller groups of 7 or 8.
