Over the course of her 27 year orchestral, solo, recital, teaching career, Gwen has noticed sequences and patterns of making music, connecting with others, life long learning, creativity & intuition which seem to be Universal - containing both the struggle & the soaring.
Gwen created the MWL Series, after becoming a Life Coach, as a platform upon which to explore these patterns, back stories, bias' and beauty - in ourselves and in the music. Through movement, meditation, musings and more, we begin to unveil the creative fire at the hub of it all.
From sessions entitled "Body, Brain, Breath & Boundaries" to "Bend & Blend", Gwen fosters not only a sense of safety, but also a willingness to explore and experiment with creating meaning, and belonging in the practice room, stage and studio, as we use our "voice and choice" to discover the Ease within the Effort.
